Each of us has been affected in some way by a virus that has been haunting us for months. We believe that we are already largely behind it and we can look to the future briskly. Much has happened in recent months. We think we can also speak for other e-shops, which have benefited rather than damaged the situation around Coronavirus. Closed stone operations forced potential customers to stay at home and they subsequently had time to buy their favorite products online.
The beginning…
In mid-March, we recorded an increase in sales compared to last year by more than 20%. The situation with measures to stop the spread of Coronavirus has forced us to take more stringent steps and place great emphasis on the safety of our customers. We regularly disinfected our workplace and each shipment was thoroughly packed by our workers with mandatory gloves and a veil on their faces.
April and May were historic!
First of all, we want to thank the trust and loyalty of our customers to us - TheG. Our customer service isn't always 110% and the order is not always equipped "in a flash". We do our best to improve and enhance our services. We aren't belt production and production capacity is limited, as long as orders are kicked out, a situation arises where production doesn't manage to mediate 20-30 pieces of products per day. At the same time, the production of drapes affected our normal operation. All the drapes made in TheG were made of cotton scraps, so not a piece of material was left to waste.
Present
We are currently preparing fashion pieces for summer 2020, with which we are finishing. Some may say that it is later compared to other e-shops, but we emphasize quality and guarantee 100% for what we release for sale. Should any of the customers have a problem with our products, feel free to contact us through our customer service. We have again introduced the option of cash on delivery and personal collection in Nitra and the surrounding area up to 30 km.
